FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in chemical industry. Receiving synthesis gas by means of gasification of liquid or fine-divided solid fuel by oxygen-containing gaseous agents of gasification is performed under pressure from 0.3 to 8 MPa in temperature range from 1200 to 2000°C in cooled reactor (3). Synthesis gas is formed in reaction chamber (2) located in upper part of reactor, inlet components are supplied to the upper part of chamber, on side walls of chamber fluid slag deposits (it can flow down without setting), and in lower part of chamber there is a hole (6) with edges for flowing down (7), from which received synthesis gas may be carried down and fluid slag can flow down. The second chamber (8) joins the hole (6) from below; in the chamber synthesis gas remains dry and is cooled. The second chamber (8) is restricted by free-falling water film (12), from below the second chamber (8) is joined by the third chamber (15), where synthesis gas is cooled due to water supply. Under the third chamber (15) there is a water bath (21), into which already set or still fluid particles of slag fall, and from below or alongside of the third chamber (15) but above the water bath (21) cooled synthesis gas is discharged from high-pressure storage tank (4).
EFFECT: invention allows cooling of synthesis gas without formation of deposits impurities on reactor walls.
