FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to artificial baits for fishing. The spoonbait comprises a plate and a metal weight. In the front and rear parts of the plate on its longitudinal axis, which is also its axis of symmetry, the holes are made. The side plate parts are symmetrically bent downwards with respect to its longitudinal axis. The metal weight is formed longitudinally elongated, flattened in a vertical plane with the narrowed upper edge straight or concave in the middle part. In front of and behind the metal weight two rods are provided protruding upwards in the vertical plane above the upper edge of the weight and passed through with a gap in the holes longitudinally to elongated curved plate placed on the weight. The ends of the rods are placed apart longitudinally or directed towards each other. The line holding jig is made in the form of the eye or vertical flat protrusion in front of the weight with the opening, and the opening or the eye is brought forward relative to the centre of gravity of the spoonbait and arranged in front of the metal weight at its lower edge with indentation downwardly relative to the longitudinal axis of the plate.
EFFECT: invention provides improved performance of fishing due to high flight characteristics when throwing, the ability of self-burial and effective spoonbait oscillations.
