FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: in method for waterproofing work in fractured manifolds, which involves subsequent pumping to an isolated formation of portions of plugging materials at the pressure that is lower than formation hydraulic fracturing pressure, further abandonment of the well for the time of curing of the plugging material pumped in the last turn, that as the first portion of reinforcing plugging material in water solution of polyacrylamide with weight fraction of polyacrylamide of 0.2-0.6%, proppant with fraction of 20-40 mesh with a coating from organic-silicon compound with concentration of 50-200 kg/m³, is pumped, which has physical and chemical similarity to curing plugging material; then, fresh water is pumped in the volume equal to 1.5-2 volumes of water solutions of polyacrylamide, and as the second portion of curing plugging material there pumped is organic-silicon plugging composition.

EFFECT: creation of a waterproofing screen of increased strength, which is more resistant to differential pressure existing in formation-well system, reduction of the product water cut and increase in time between overhauls of the well.
