FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: ionisation vacuummeter comprises a magnetic electric discharge vacuum sensor and a metering unit, comprising a generator, a transformer, the primary winding of which is connected to the generator, and the high-voltage winding is connected to a high-voltage rectifier, the plus bus of which is connected to the anode of the magnetic electric discharge vacuum sensor, and the minus bus is connected to the first output of the current-measuring resistor, and an indicator. Also the vacuummeter comprises two transistor optrons, one operational amplifier, three resistors. The transformer includes an additional winding connected to a voltage stabiliser, the cathode of the light diode of the first optron is connected to the second output of the current-measuring resistor, the anode of the light diode of the first optron - to the cathode of the vacuum sensor. The collector of the first transistor optron is connected with the emitter of the second transistor optron and is connected to the inverting input of the operational amplifier. The emitter of the first transistor optron is connected with the minus bus of the voltage stabiliser, the collector of the second transistor optron is connected with the plus bus of the voltage stabiliser, the output of the operational amplifier is connected to the anode of the light diode of the second optron. The cathode of the light diode of the second optron is connected to the first output of the first resistor, the second output of which is connected to the minus bus of the voltage stabiliser, the first output of the second resistor is connected to the plus bus of the voltage stabiliser, the first output of the third resistor is connected to the minus bus of the voltage stabiliser, the second outputs of the second and third resistors are connected to the non-inverting input of the operational amplifier. The indicator is connected in parallel to the first resistor.

EFFECT: higher safety of operation with a vacuummeter, by means of galvanic isolation of an indicator circuit and an excitation circuit of a magnetic electric discharge sensor.
