FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device includes an inverse diode bridge made as per a three-phase rectifying circuit and designed for supply voltage (10-15%), two semiconductor keys with control units, two OR logic elements and two switching units, one of which connects heteropolar input and output direct-current clamps of a thyristor inverter and the inverse diode bridge through the corresponding introduced semiconductor keys, and the other one connects alternating-current clamps of the inverse diode bridge and the synchronous motor.
EFFECT: reducing weight, dimensions and cost of the device at reduced pulsations of torque moment of an electric motor in the low speed area.
