SUBSTANCE: invention relates to farm industry branch, in particular, to a fodder additive for young cattle. The fodder additive contains bentonite of the Donguzskoye deposit - 46.0 wt %, sunflower sludge - 29.0-33.5 wt %, inorganic sodium selenite - Na2SeO3 - 0.002, wheat offal as a filler - 20.5-25.0 wt %.
EFFECT: during the fodder additive introduction into the young cattle base ration resistance and nutritional substances digestibility are enhanced and animal productiveness at the age of 9-18 months is increased.
