FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, in particular, to a method for production of fodder high-energy fat additives to ruminant animals. Method includes barrogyrothermal treatment of oil-and-fat forage mixture, wt. %: crushed barley - 81.5, sludge - 8, stearin fatty acid - 2 and mineral additive - 4 by their granulation in operating conditions at pressure of 10 MPa and temperature of 100–120 °C above fusion point of stearic acid - 70 °C and cavitation-treated sludge of sunflower oil with frequency of 22 kHz ± 10 % with exposure of 10 min, pre-diluted with alkaline electro-activated water (cathode fraction pH 9–9.5 and redox potential 400–500 mV) in relation to additional inclusion of amino acid stabilizer glycine 0.5 wt. %. Dosage during fattening of young cattle is 3.5–3.7 % of dry substance.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in live body weight by 4,4 %, and also promotes preservation of its separate components when passing through the rumen of ruminants.
