FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Rest of disposable loading module contains first element with grooves for staples for staple deforming, fist cover, attached to first element, and second cover, attached to, at least, one of first element and first cover. First and second covers can be made with possibility of serving support for first element. In, at least, one version of implementation rest can contain first element, inserted into second element. At least, one of elements can be deformed in order to fix one to the other. In different versions of implementation surgical suturing with staples instrument can contain disposable loading module, which contains cartridge with staples, rest and bushing. Bushing can be made with possibility of sliding relative to cartridge with staples and rest to hold rest in closed position.
EFFECT: improvement of instrument construction.
