SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a pharmaceutical formulation representing a solution for injections containing the ingredients as follows, wt %: ethyl-methyl-hydroxypyridine succinate - 5.0-6.0, succinic acid - 0.5-5.0, Trilon B - 0.1-0.2, sodium disulphite - 0.8-1.0 and water for injections up to 100. The formulation is used for preventing and treating various forms of ischemic heart disease, atherosclerosis, and also acute cerebrovascular accidents, cerebral apoplexies, etc.
EFFECT: creating the more stable preparation promoting the preservation of all the properties of an ampule form for min 3,5 years, as well as the increase of its anti-hypoxic pharmacological effect.
