FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: roll mill comprises grinding table, at least one grinding roll, at least two drives with stator and rotor winding to drive roll mill and at least one adjusting device for torque adjustment. Compensation adjustment job is performed by adjusting the torque by at least one drive. Used adjusting device outputs power smaller than 50% of the drive rated power. Adjusting device is connected with rotor winding of at least one drive. Adjustment is performed by affecting rotor winding current for drive power adjustment at preset interrelationship.
EFFECT: higher reliability and efficiency.
