First shutoff means is fitted on driven shaft to shut off air flow circulation in system first air duct. Driven shaft comprises one bend with outer pivot pin. Said pivot pin is engaged with con-rod to revolve therewith to make the drive shaft recess.
EFFECT: efficient ventilation of vehicle cabin.
