SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to safety device preventing accidents at takeoff and landing. Proposed system comprises the following channels: measurement channel, operating constraints generation channel, indication channel and signaling channel. Measurement channel comprises aerometry channel to define direction magnitude and wind velocity vector components, satellite positioning system and helicopter angular position determination channel. Said operating constraints generation channel comprises channels to define tolerable bank and pitch angles, wind velocity and direction, wind velocity vector component at parking and takeoff and landing. Said indication channel and signaling channel comprises the channel to display current and permissible critical parameters of operating constraints at takeoff and landing.

EFFECT: higher safety at whatever conditions.
