FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgical industry and can be applied in recycling of metallurgical clinkers. Device for recycling of liquid clinkers contains separator of liquid clinker floe, water-cooling rollers, and ready product receiver. Separator of liquid clinker flow into two flows, made in form of bar with diametrical profile in form of triangle is placed before two pairs of water-cooling cylindrical rollers, provided with clamping scrapers to surfaces of rollers. Second pairs of hollow cooled cylindrical rollers are placed in such a way, that one of rollers from second pair for each flow is simultaneously a roller of first pair. Second roller is made with ribbed surface along roller length. Rollers are made with possibility of changing clearance between them, with side edges of triangular bar being made on tangents to surfaces adjacent to cylindrical rollers, with conveyor belt with box elements serving for removal of clinker parts from each flow.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to exclude steam-gas emissions, increase productivity and simplify device construction.
