SUBSTANCE: surface of press mould is provided with an anodised porous layer of aluminium oxide, which has a variety of the first recessed parts and a variety of the second recessed parts; with that, the variety of the second recessed parts has two-dimensional size of not less than 190 nm and not more than 50 mcm if to look in the direction perpendicular to surface of the press mould, and includes a variety of small recessed parts on inner surface, which has two-dimensional size of not less than 10 nm and not more than 200 nm, and the variety of the first recessed parts has two-dimensional size of not less than 10 nm and not more than 200 nm and is located between the variety of the second recessed parts; with that, average value of two-dimensional size of the variety of the second recessed parts is higher than average value of two-dimensional size of the variety of the first recessed parts. Press mould is made by etching and anodic treatment of aluminium film or base, the purity of which is not less than 99.5 wt %. Use of press mould allows obtaining antireflection film containing a variety of the first lifted parts and a variety of the second lifted parts on the surface; with that, the variety of the first lifted parts has a base, the two-dimensional size of which is not less than 100 nm and not more than 200 nm, and the variety of the second lifted parts has two-dimensional size of not less than 400 nm and not more than 50 mcm, and elevation angle in the variety of the second lifted parts relative to the surface does not exceed 90°.
EFFECT: press mould has improved wetting ability for cured resin.
