FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: method to manufacture a "papillon eye" mould includes: (a) anodisation of a surface of an aluminium film or an aluminium base by means of an electrode in contact with this surface, to form a porous layer having multiple small grooves; (b) contact of this layer with an etchant with increase of groove size and (c) anodisation by means of an electrode for growth of grooves, at the same time the aluminium film or the aluminium base is made of aluminium with purity of 99.99 wt % or more, and the electrode includes the first part of the electrode from aluminium with purity of 99.50 wt % or less, and the second part from aluminium with higher purity compared to the first part of the electrode, and which is placed between the specified surface and the first part of the electrode, at the same time stages (a) and (c) are carried out with the second part of the electrode, which contacts with the specified surface. The electrode structure comprises the specified electrode with a raised part, which contacts with the second part of the electrode, a protective element, arranged as surrounding the perimetre of the raised part as capable of preventing ingress of the solution between the parts of the electrode and the mechanism for pressing of the second part to the specified surface.

EFFECT: provision of efficient anodisation on a substrate with larger surface.
