SUBSTANCE: foundation (100) is made, several height-adjustment blocks (500) are installed on the foundation, a load-distributing ring (200) is installed on several height-adjustment blocks (500), besides, the load-distributing ring (200) is balanced by setting of the height-adjustment blocks (500), and a joint between the foundation (100) and the load-distributing ring (200) is filled with a filling compound (300). A tower (400) is erected on the load-distributing ring (200). The height-adjustment blocks (500) are designed so that they may carry the first load in the form of the mass of the load-distributing ring (200), however, they sink, if one of several height-adjustment blocks is exposed to such a high force that the foundation via the height-adjustment blocks is exposed to the specific pressure that exceeds the specified limit value. The height adjustment blocks are made of plastic.
EFFECT: reliable and cost-effective erection of a tower, including a tower of a wind-driven plant.
