SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the tower for a wind-driven plant, and also to the method of its fabrication. The tower, in particular, for the wind-driven plant with the lower tubular section of the tower from concrete and the upper tubular section of the tower from steel, and also with transitional part for connection of both sections of the tower in which the transitional part consists of the ring-shaped concrete element and the steel element, while the steel element contains at least one ring-shaped flange closing preferably completely in the position of installation the upper surface of the concrete element. The steel element is poured directly with the concrete element, and the ring-shaped flange is poured completely and, in essence, without air inclusions. The version of the tower and versions of the method of its fabrication are also described.

EFFECT: ensuring simple and flexible fabrication of the tower with transitional element.
