FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the sauces production technology. The method involves ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water at a weight ratio of nearly 1:5, the extraction cake maintenance for swelling and mixing with tomato puree, banana puree, sugar and salt, the produced mixture cooking till dry substances content is equal to 19% and addition of acetic acid, red hot pepper, marjoram and basil to produce the target product.
EFFECT: method allows to manufacture a product with reduced adhesion to container walls.
