SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of sports and sports games and can be used for training of athletes and the development of different muscle groups, as well as technical and power working out of methods in sports and martial arts. The device for training of martial arts techniques comprises a support and a dummy containing a carcass with movable limbs connected by hinge joints. The hinge joints are made in the form of an adjustable ball bearing consisting of a non-closed outer housing inside which there is a stabiliser, and a rotary head mounted on the rod. The rotary head is equipped with a locking mechanism.
EFFECT: acceleration and simplification of changing positions of dummy from defense to counterattack.
