TRAINING COMPLEX Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: sports equipment, in particular, equipment for single combat events. SUBSTANCE: training complex has apparatuses 2,3,4,5 fixed on brackets 7,8 of carcass 1 by means of binders 9 having adjustable resilience, end brackets 13 and 14, drives 15 and 16 fixed on brackets 13 and 14 and provided with vertical shaft 20 and horizontal shaft 21. Striking rods 17 and 18 are resiliently attached on shafts, respectively. Additional targets 24,25 are positioned between planes of rotation of rods 17,18. Complex is further provided with rocking apparatuses 29-32, which are fixed on carcass 1 through springs 34. Apparatuses 2-5 are adapted for working out of "clicking" blows with short-time applying of blow force to apparatus and of "puncturing" blows with long-time applying of blow force to apparatus in accordance with tension of resilient binders. Apparatuses 29-32 are adapted for working out of heavy "puncturing" blows, with weight of sportsman being added to blow force. Apparatuses 17,18 allow dynamics and rhythm of transition from defence to attack, going away of sportsman's body from line of attack with or without arm substitution to be provided.
