SUBSTANCE: magnetic toy comprises a non-magnetic housing and the constant magnets. At that the non-magnetic housing is made in the form of a pistol. At that the constant magnets are located with analogous poles relative to each other and are made in form of a fixed constant magnet and the movable constant magnet with the ability to move inside the non-magnetic housing, and on the movable constant magnet a pellet with a sucker is mounted. At that the movable constant magnet is rigidly connected to the platoon element formed with the threaded notches with the ability to move jointly the movable constant magnet and the platoon element by the platoon levers connected to the platoon element through teeth, limited by large and small rests. At that, the rests are made in the form of steps in the non-magnetic housing, by a movable rest mechanically connected to the trigger lever on one side and the fixed constant magnet on the other.

EFFECT: invention is directed to creation of a toy pistol using magnetic forces as a drive.
