FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ore dressing and may be used in separation of ore. Proposed separator comprises suspension bath consisting of ore and commercial product compartments accommodating driven elevator wheels, blade unloader, suspension feed pipeline with control gates and slotted sieve for suspension separation. For separation of initial material into three products at equal density of magnetic suspension, commercial product bath bottom is equipped with aerator arranged under commercial product elevator wheel and furnished with rubber nozzles and compressed cir control valve.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of separation and concentrate quality.
