SUBSTANCE: device comprises a base, two cross beams installed on it, fixators of cross beams on the base, a facility for excitation of damped oscillations, comprising a weight, an elastic element connected with the weight, a mechanism of deformation of the elastic element made as capable of interaction with the weight, an accessory for load discharge, two sample grips, one of which is connected with the facility for excitation of the damped oscillations. The device has an additional facility for excitation of damped oscillations connected with the second grip, facilities for excitation of the damped oscillations are arranged between cross beams, grips are fixed on the appropriate weights. Elastic elements are installed as capable of interaction with the appropriate cross beams. The mechanism for elastic element deformation is made in the form of a continuous tape installed on the two spaced blocks along direction of weight motion, and a drive of block rotation. The accessory for load discharge is made in the form of a fixator for connection of the weight with the tape installed on the appropriate weight.
EFFECT: increased volume of produced information by means of loading with application of repeated damped oscillations to different ends of a sample.
