FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises two elements, namely, an advertising vehicle board and a support structure, such as a base and walls of fencing for a site for solid domestic wastes, besides, anchor bolts are inserted into embedded holes of these walls, to tighten each pair of vertical stand holders connected in its upper part with a pair of brackets designed for stiff connection of a three-link advertising vehicle board.
EFFECT: expanded range of spectator's perception of advertising and improved conditions of operation of sites for solid domestic wastes.
