FIELD: advertising technologies, possible use for engineering advertising information carrier for presenting symbolic and graphic information with light effects.
SUBSTANCE: rotating electronic-mechanical device for dynamic information display has at least two holders 3 with groups 2 of combined light emitters 1 mounted therein, blocks 4 for controlling light emitters, orderly connected to groups 2 of light emitters, mechanical drive 5, block 6 for controlling aforementioned drive, kinematically connected to holders 3. holders 3 are provided with position indicators 7, which are in turn connected to blocks 4 for controlling light emitters. Holders 3 are positioned on different sides from rotation axis, and blocks 4 for controlling light emitters are connected to each other for exchanging information and for output of identical information by each group 2 of light emitters in turns in each pint of informative surface for the duration of one turn. In each pair of opposite holders 3 each group 2 of light emitters, positioned on same working surface of same holder, is combined with light emitters group, positioned on the opposite side of another holder.
EFFECT: increased useable area of two-sided informative surface.
