FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, and may be used in cardiac resuscitation. A laryngeal air tube with an oesophageal obturator comprises a double-barrelled thermoplastic tube with an artificial pulmonary ventilation canal. A distal end of the canal is capped. A fissure of glottis is opposed to respiratory openings. A working end of the tube is enveloped by a blow cuff with an air tube. A free end of the artificial pulmonary ventilation canal is provided with a standard connector and a tube fixation mouth piece with a fixing bracket. There are two foil circular electrodes attached to the blow cuff at 10 mm from each other for the purpose of bipolar or monopolar transoesophageal pacing. Contact insulated wires are sealed from the circular electrodes along the tube to adapted plugs for connection to a short-term pacing apparatus that can adjust the pulse frequency of 40 to 150 a minute, the pulse voltage of 0.5 to 8 V and the current strength of 10 to 60 A.
EFFECT: higher effectiveness and safety of the cardiopulmonary resuscitation and pacing.
