FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: respiratory mouthpiece for supply of gas into oral cavity is made monolithic from elastic material and includes hollow airduct channels and cut at angle working end. Mouth piece is made from heat-insulating material in form of gag by individual model of oral cavity, modelling oral cavity in state of presence of 4-6 mm big slit between upper and lower incisors with multi-channel flat and elastic 25-35 mm wide and 2-3 mm high air duct, additionally placed in cavity on its entire length and its plane. Working end of air duct passes into two resilient tubes with external diameter 3-4 mm, located at distance from each other and bent at right angle upwards with knee length 5-10 mm, with their cuts being directed towards each other with their planes.
EFFECT: ventilation of lung through mouth without mechanical injuries to larynx, soft tissues of oral cavity, drying mucous membranes of oral cavity.
