FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: aquafurnace comprises the main flue, a firebox with an ashpit, above which a masonry heater of closed type is placed, in the upper part of which there are holes for supply of water and discharge of water steam, walls of the aquafurnace are made as double with the possibility of filling of the space between walls with water, or another coolant, at the same time the outer walls of the aquafurnace are equipped with devices for supply and drain of coolant, at the same time the aquafurnace is additionally equipped with a system of air supply into the upper zone of combustion of the first cap and the inner flue, besides, they are made in the form of a pipe and/or several pipes, arranged in parallel to the walls of the aquafurnace so that an additional system of air supply to the upper zone of combustion in its lower part is placed in the ashpit, and its upper part is arranged in the upper part of combustion of the first cap, the inner flue in its lower part is close to the firebox as much as possible, and in its upper part it to the minimum protrudes above the surface of the first cap, and the main flue is placed in the second cap so that its lower part is to the maximum close to the partition between the first and second cap, at the same time the firebox is made as lined.

EFFECT: increased cost-effectiveness, simplified design and increased convenience in manufacturing and operation of a furnace.
