FIELD: furnaces; heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to furnace heating systems – to furnaces, which provide both heating and steam generation, is used in individual baths. Furnace housing has a cylindrical shape. On inner part of housing heat insulation is arranged. In the lower part of the housing along the perimeter there are lockable holes. Furnace is located inside the housing and is fixed on the platform with height-adjustable feet, on which there is also an external housing of the furnace. Furnace has cylindrical shape, part of the furnace is a portal with a door. Bottom of furnace is inclined, in central part has hole locked by grate. In upper part of furnace there is a hole of such shape, which provides swirling of outgoing pyrolysis gas. Air preparation chamber represents space between furnace and inner part of heat-insulated housing. Holes for admission of heated air masses into afterburning chamber of pyrolysis gas have guides ensuring directed swirled entry into afterburner chamber. Pyrolysis gas afterburner chamber has cylindrical shape, chamber lower part is upper part of furnace, sidewall – upper side part of air preparation chamber, upper part of chamber is bottom of heater, and it has at least one hole, which has guides, providing swirling of outgoing pyrolysis gas. Heater is a chamber of cylindrical shape, in which flame passes directly through stones. Note here that burning gases enter said chamber through holes with guides to support flame further swirling. In upper part of heater there are at least two holes: one drains exhaust gases and passes into flue covered by blind valve, the other – with door. Coal receiver is a rectangular drawer tightly adjacent to the lower part of the furnace, having in the upper part the guides for movement of the grate or cover of the coal receiver. In the front and rear parts of the coal receiver there are handles, wherein the coal receiver is placed in the case under the furnace.
EFFECT: reduced duration of heating of large quantity of stone, infrared radiation, consumption of firewood, increased durability.
