FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: server farm consists of a sealed reservoir filled with a liquid coolant, provided with a cover, an internal heat exchanger, inlet and outlet pipes connected by pipes with a circulation pump and an external heat exchanger; a perforated distribution pipe is placed inside the reservoir in parallel the entire bottom of the reservoir; under said perforated pipe, a first printed-circuit board is mounted, which is provided with heating elements; a second printed-circuit board is mounted tightly to the wall of the reservoir and is mated edge to edge with the first printed-circuit board; computational nodes are mounted on the first printed-circuit board in parallel to the second printed-circuit board and consist of a wiring board, divided by a divider into narrow and wide compartments; in the narrow compartment, a detachable printed-circuit board is mounted on both sides, said detachable printed-circuit board having a power supply unit, information storage devices, and a motherboard is mounted on each of the two sides in the wide compartment.
EFFECT: high density of mounting computational nodes and enabling operation of a server farm at subzero ambient temperatures.
