FIELD: radio engineering, communication.

SUBSTANCE: system for generating three parity-check codes which form a three-dimensional data array. Check ratios relating to parity-check on a third dimension are requested by the decoder only in case of a high level of interfering factors, indicated by the soft solutions relative received symbols with low certainty factors. The disclosed decoder scheme when processing data on the third dimension performs decorrelation of possible errors without using special interleavers or de-interleavers in the encoder-decoder scheme. Received data are processed on each dimension using iterative transformations of soft solutions based on the average value of similar solutions and the dispersion factor of estimates on the length of each code vector.

EFFECT: high reliability and rate of transmitting information.
