SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a kitchen appliance, in particular, to a hand mixer with the electric motor. The kitchen appliance, in particular a hand mixer, comprises an electric motor, a control board (10) of the electric motor comprising the actuating element (11) having a control element (12), a bracket (13) for fastening the control board (10). The control element (12) of the actuating element (11) is made with the ability of preliminary mounting with the bracket (13) or the control board (10). The control board (10), the control element (12) and the bracket (13) are made in the form of a mounting block (19). In the pair of the control element (12) the bracket (13) comprises a retainer (20) and the other contra-retainer (30), or vice versa. The retainer (20) and the contra-retainer (30) interact with the possibility of installing the operating position corresponding to a particular rotary speed. The retainer (20) comprises an element (21), in particular a ball (21) which interacts with the elastic spring (22) placed in the guide (23) providing clamping of the element (21) by the spring (22) to the contra-retainer (30). Due to the functional connection of the control element of the bracket, the functional testing can be carried out at the stage of preliminary assembly of the kitchen appliance without full assembly.

EFFECT: manufacturing time can be shortened, which in turn can reduce the cost of manufacturing the kitchen appliance.
