An apparatus comprises: a light-emitting unit with a number of light-emitting diodes for light emission, and having a computer interface; what is also integrated is a computer interconnected to the light-emitting unit through the computer interface. The computer is designed to control the light emission intensity. Besides, the apparatus comprises a human individual detector within the exposure area of the light-emitting unit. The apparatus is additionally designed for automated light emission when a human individual is in place, and also for automated light emission termination once the above individual is displaced. The given apparatus is designed for treating depressions.
