FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to soot and dust removal. Proposed device comprises vessel accommodating filtration set wherein dust trapped from gas flowing there through and settling at filtration surfaces is removed therefrom by blowback, valves to control high-pressure gas feed, said gas being forced to porous filtration elements. To form feed line used for high-pressure gas blowback in blowback tubes wherein said gas is directed from high-pressure gas feed equipment to blowback nozzles to throw it to filtration set, blowing vessels are installed with top and bottom blowback valves. High-pressure gas feed equipment output pressure is set so that its relation to filter input gas pressure is larger than or equal to quotient resulting from division of unity by critical relation of pressures for high-pressure gas flow rate at blowback nozzle outlet equal to sound velocity or exceeding it.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
