FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to dust collecting method and may be used in chemical, textile, food, light and other industries for treatment of dusted gases. Dust collector contains casing, filtering section with sleeve filtering elements, shaking mechanism with frame for sleeves suspension, gas line with header for dusted gases supply, outlet header of purified gases, system of regeneration with reverse blowing. Temperature sensor is installed in the casing of filtering section, in bunker for dust collection there is emergency sensor of dust level installed, in outlet box of filtering section thermal automatic sensor-annunciator is installed, the outputs of which are connected to the common microprocessor, and in outlet box of filtering section of dust collector header with nozzles is installed for connection to fire extinguishing system, control unit of which is connected with common microprocessor. Regeneration system is equipped with control unit that is electronically connected with common microprocessor.
EFFECT: increase of efficiency and reliability of dust collecting process.
