FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to concrete mixers and may be used in other fields of construction. Said mixer comprises mixing chamber with material loading and discharge openings, vaned rotor and rotary drive. Top and bottom vibrators are rigidly secured at the center of mixing chamber top and bottom parts. Said encased bottom and top vibrators excite three equal-amplitude different-frequency vibration fields by top, mid and bottom crank gears. Vibrator casing is composed of metal shell representing a corrugated thin-wall solid of revolution making a complex truncated geometrical figure in vertical plane cross-section formed by central intersection of three circles with centers making the regular triangle vertices and radii equal to height of said triangles. Vibrator casing is composed of metal shell representing a corrugated thin-wall solid of revolution making a complex truncated geometrical figure in vertical plane cross-section formed by central intersection of three circles with centers making the regular triangle vertices and radii equal to height of said triangles. It allows generating opposite direction oscillations. Disc is secured at the said figure center in horizontal plane to create rod translation from translation pair composed of mixing chamber bottom post guide and crank mechanism rod and cylindrical ledge to be fitted and secured at spring ID, said spring being set to be contracted/released in the barrel, while said rod is rigidly secured at inner part top center. Pusher is attached to outer parts centers, opposite ends of said pushers being rigidly secured to inner parts forming smallest crimps of corrugated shells. Said disc can excite vibrations from vibrator casing central part by four pushers with their top part symmetrically secured to disc bottom part and their bottom part articulated with crank mechanism con-rod moving swivel. Disks with cylindrical ledge is secured inside shell of top vibrator, at the center of horizontal plane, to be fitted and secured over spring ID, spring being arranged inside the barrel to contract/release therein. Con-rods driven by top crank gear is rigidly secured to disk inner top part center. Pusher is attached to outer parts centers, opposite ends of said pushers being rigidly secured to inner parts forming smallest crimps of corrugated shells to be excited by said pusher. Four ledges are secured in symmetry to barrel outer cylindrical surfaces. Spring vibration exciter is arranged at the center between said top and bottom vibrators and consists of at least two different-diameter springs secured in recess diameter at case outer surface. Said recesses are formed by a set of smaller crimps of bottom and top vibrators.
EFFECT: ruled out dead zones in mixing chamber, intensified mixing of components.
