FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: mixer comprises a mixing chamber with materials loading and unloading ports, a rotor with blades and rotary drive. In the top and bottom parts of the mixing chamber, lower and upper vibrators are set in the centre and rigidly fixed, they are made in casings and generate vibrations by lower, middle and upper crank mechanisms. The vibrators' casings are made as metal corrugated shells being corrugated thin-walled bodies of rotation which in the vertical plane of their section provide for complex truncated geometric figures by corrugation peaks points. A disk with a spring set in a cup is rigidly fixed inside the shell of the lower vibrator. A disk with a guide post is rigidly fixed inside the shell of the upper vibrator. A spring vibration generator is positioned by centre and installed between the casings of the upper and lower vibrators.
EFFECT: prevention of dead zone formation and intensified mixing of components.
