FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hybrid vehicles with muscle drives. Proposed vehicle comprises sliding skids arranged at bottom sides to run on slippery loose and solid surface, wheels, power plant secured at vehicle rear including frame to support propellers. Said propellers are driven by foot drive with air or electric power accumulation. Air drive comprises air pumps with foot drive mounted under every foot of operator, air tank with slide valve and propeller air drives. Electric drive consists of propeller motors, storage batteries and charging device composed of foot-driven generator and set of regulating relay.

EFFECT: muscle-driven hybrid vehicle.
