The system comprises a piping system for storing the compressed gaseous substance in the initial pressure, and the said plurality of valves connected to it is. Each plurality of "shooting" fine adjustment valves comprises the adjustment means for adjusting the value of the said predetermined final pressure.
EFFECT: invention provides reduction of loss of the compressed gaseous substance used.
