FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: in method for manufacturing of high-silica ceramic proppant for shale gas production that includes grinding of charge material, formation and roasting of granules grinding is made in the following sequence - at first dry grinding and then wet grinding with addition of water-soluble polymer binding agent and 0.3-3.0 % by weight of water soluble salt of mineral acid capable of forming crystalline hydrate, which molecule holds up at least 6 water molecules with dehydrating temperature not less than 100°C; in the capacity of liquefier and plasticiser liquid glass is used in quantity of 0.5-3.5 % by weight respectively and low-molecular polyalkylgeneglycol in quantity of 0.005-0.03 % by weight with production of ceramic slurry with moisture content of 25-30 % by weight, flowability of 100 mm at least and temperature of 40-60°C; granules are shaped by dispergation of produced ceramic slurry through at least one metering orifice into water solution of fixative agent which forms water insoluble compound with the above binding agent, with use of side or axial vibration impact on laminar flow during dispergation with subsequent drying and roasting of granules.
EFFECT: reducing bulk specific gravity of proppant at increase of proppant pack permeability and retention of high durability of proppant.
