SUBSTANCE: bar for a fence represents a support, or a pipe, or a channel bar, or an angle, elements for fixation fixed on it at different height, in the support body there are holes to locate elements for fixation. The profile of holes is made as following the profile of the cross cut of elements for fixation, at the same time elements for fixation are either rods of the round cross section, or rectangular plates. When rods of the round cross section are used as elements for fixation, thread is arranged both on them and in holes of the support, providing for the possibility to screw in the rods into the support body, when rectangular plates are used as an element for fixation, there are rectangular slots in the plates in areas of contact with the body of the rod.

EFFECT: quickness of bar transformation from non-working position into working one and back, provision of variation of fence height value without changing depth of submersion into earth.
