FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: plant contains in-series boosting and rectifying units with higher harmonic filter at the input, pulse voltage generator including capacitor bank with discharge arrester connected in parallel and operating chamber containing two main electrodes; out of these two electrodes one is grounded while the other one is connected to capacitor bank and one additional electrode is connected to output of higher harmonic filter. Additionally to input of boosting and rectifying unit two filters are connected; the filters are set to frequency of the 5th and 9th harmonics respectively which inductance elements are located at insulating body of the operating chamber. Output of the first filter set to frequency of the 3rd harmonic is connected to additional electrode installed in the grounded electrode and isolated from it.
EFFECT: reducing time of mortars and fluids treatment.
