FIELD: oil and gas producing industry; applicable in stimulation of producing wells and increase of injectivity of injection wells and increase of recovery from producing formations of gas- condensate and oil and other deposits of liquid and gaseous minerals. SUBSTANCE: electrohydraulic percussion device consists of air and fluid dischargers. Adjacent to one of air discharger electrodes is air electric conducting duct. The other electrode is connected to casing string which has internal and external electric insulation coatings. Fluid discharger consists of two electrodes. Positive electrode serves as filter, and negative electrode is grounded and made in form of metal rod secured on insulators in filter. Provided above well in close to ground layer of atmosphere is air electric conducting duct for supply with power and provision of operation of electrohydraulic percussion device. Air electric conducting duct is made in form of metal conductor lifted and supported in atmosphere layer close to ground, or duct formed by laser beam or directed bunch of charged particles. Said duct is used for trapping and transfer of atmospheric charges to air discharger. Pulses of high-voltage current formed on air discharger are transmitted to fluid discharger. Electric break-down of fluid gap take place between filter and rod. As a result, formed hydraulic shock wave produces dynamic or other action on filter zone of producing formation. EFFECT: provided use of atmospheric electricity for stimulation of oil-gas formation, extended technical potentialities of device, and its simplified design. 2 cl, 1 dwg
