FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: accelerator of a flow of fluid media in aero- and hydrodynamics comprises at least three elements, every of which comprises a surface, which consists of a combination of serial positions of a flat closed line moving in space and named as a generatrix. The generatrix is made as capable of changing dimensions and shape in process of reciprocal movement along a guide line. The guide line consists of at least one section of a straight and/or at least one curved line, or a polyhedron made at least partially around the surface or inscribed at least partially into the surface made of a combination of serial positions of the flat closed line moving in space and named a generatrix, besides, the generatrix is made with the capability of variation of its dimensions and shape in process of reciprocal movement along the guide line, at the same time the guide line comprises at least one section of a straight and/or at least one curved line.

EFFECT: expansion of capability to use natural and anthropogenic flows of liquid media with low kinetic energy in various fields of engineering.
