SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the fish-and-vegetable preserves production technology and represents a method envisaging recipe components preparation, carrots, bulb onions and white vegetables cutting and sauteing in vegetable oil, parsley greens milling and the listed components mixing, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the extraction cake mixing with tomato paste, drinking water, sugar, salt, black hot pepper, allspice and laurel leaf, the mixture cooking and addition of acetic acid to produce a sauce, gobies mealing in wheat flour and frying in vegetable oil, the gobies, vegetable mixture and sauce packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method ensures reduction of the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
