SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology for production of fish-and-vegetable preserves. The method envisages recipe components preparation. One performs carrots, bulb onions and white vegetables cutting and sauteing in vegetable oil, parsley greens milling, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with tomato paste, drinking water, sugar, black hot pepper, allspice and laurel leaf, the mixture cooking and addition of acetic acid to produce a sauce, gobies maintenance in salt solution, mealing in wheat flour and frying in vegetable oil, the gobies and the sauce packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: reduction of the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
