SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of fish preserves production. The method envisages recipe components preparation. One performs bulb onions cutting, sauteing in vegetable oil and milling, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with tomato paste, drinking water, sugar, salt, black hot pepper, allspice, cloves and laurel leaf, the mixture cooking and addition of acetic acid to produce a sauce, rockfish cutting and blanching, the rockfish and the sauce packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: reduction of the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
