CHAIN BALANCED PUMPING UNIT Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC F04B47/02 

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: balanced pumping unit includes frame 3, motor 15, two parallel reduction gears 9 of an actuator of sprockets of chain gears located on vertical guides 4. One of the links in each chain is connected to the main axis 19, on which eye ring 20 (eye rings) is movably installed and connected to axis of rollers 23 and provided with line of rods 2 of the balanced pumping unit, which is attached to it. On the same axis there installed are rollers 23 located inside guides 4. To the main axis 19 there connected is flexible connection 24, for example a rope, on pulleys 26 on the axes, which is interconnected with counterweights 25. A variable-speed unit or gear box 12, including a hydromechanical one, with coupling clutch 14 or V-belt or chain gear can be installed between motor 15 and reduction gears 9.

EFFECT: improved operating characteristics, small overall dimensions and weight, which allows its installation and operation without any foundation construction, lower costs for production and operation in comparison to a prototype.
