FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: unit is designed to be used in artificial lifting of oil by means of deep-well pumps. The pumping unit comprises frame 1, rack 2 with two swaying supports 3 that have pivotally mounted in pairs oppositely turned balancers 5 with counterweights 6. The tips of short arms of balancers 5 are connected in pairs with axes 7. There are pivotally attached tips of the lower row of double-arm links next to balancers 5. Several rows of double-arm links and short links are connected with axes 10. There is a column of the well pump stems attached in the middle of the upper axis. The upper heads of piston rods 16 are connected to short axis 11 of the middle of a lower row of double-arm links. There are rollers 14 installed on these axes that are located in vertical guides 15. Piston rods 16 are driven by cranks located on the driven gear wheels 21 which are linked with the drive gears 23 secured to drive shaft 24 driven by motor 30 via clutch 29 and gear box 26. It is possible to use of a double-clutch gearbox, a gear box with a fluid converter or a variable-speed gear.
EFFECT: best performance characteristics, small size and weight, reduced costs for manufacturing and operation.
