SUBSTANCE: pump comprises a tubular external jacket, a pumping unit, an engine unit, axially inserted into the jacket, closing facilities 50 for insulation of the engine unit chamber from liquid supplied by the pumping unit and from liquid available outside the jacket. Closing facilities 50 comprise a sealing element 51, equipped with a circular ring 56, made of elastic material as a separate item on the outer surface of the body of the element 51 and adapted for interaction along the circumference with the inner surface of the jacket, and a fastening element 52. The body of the element 51 is made of material of a different type, having higher stiffness compared to the circular ring 56. An element 52 is adapted for connection with the element 51 for radial expansion of the circular ring 56 so that the ring 56 is fixed on the inner surface of the jacket. The ring 56 has the first working side 57, located in process of usage near the inner surface of the jacket, and the opposite second working side 58, adapted for interaction with the element 52. The body of the element 51 bears the circular ring 56 along the periphery.

EFFECT: provision of protection of engine elements against surrounding liquid.
